Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of tradedesk.rbtrading.site and the RB Trading Trade Desk (the "Service"), operated by RB Trading Ltd. By using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Risk Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. The Service is educational and is not directed at any person in a jurisdiction where its use would be contrary to law.

3. What the Service is — and is not

The Service provides educational trading analysis and tools: weekly setups, a live trigger watch, watchlists, a long-term buy-zone builder, a journal, and written commentary. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, is not personal to your circumstances, and is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell anything. 4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Some features require a paid subscription, billed through Substack, Stripe or Whop as described at the point of sale. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the relevant provider; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

• The setups, levels, letters and tools are for your personal use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, scrape, or share member content or your access credentials with others.
• You may not attempt to breach access controls, disrupt the Service, or use it unlawfully.
• We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms, including sharing one account across many devices.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, code, indicators and analysis on the Service are owned by RB Trading Ltd or its licensors and are protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access member content while subscribed. No other rights are granted.

7. Third-party links and affiliates

The Service links to third parties (for example TradingView, prop firms and payment providers). We are not responsible for their content or services. Some outbound links are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you — see the disclosure in our Risk Disclaimer.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that any setup, signal or figure is accurate, complete, or will be profitable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RB Trading Ltd is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

9. Changes and termination

We may change the Service or these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and continued use means you accept them. We may suspend or withdraw the Service or your access where reasonably necessary.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
